Living in the Northern territory and having a property to sell in Adelaide Para Hills, I needed someone who knew the area and the market. I had tried to sell before with no success. Eriks Draiska was recommended to me and from the first phone call I felt at ease. Having not sold before Eriks explained all my options he was informed on how the market was tracking. Eriks gave me options for marketing without being pushy and giving me things, I didn't need. He also was realistic in the property value. Throughout the process he was in contact either by phone or email, also any questions I had he would promptly answer. I found the whole selling process stress free. The property was sold very quickly and at a price I was not expecting. If you're thinking of buying or selling contact Eriks you won't be disappointed.

I'm so happy to have chosen Plaza Real Estate to sell my investment property. There was absolutely no pressure from Eriks which is refreshing in these times and he did not give an urealistic valuation for my property and blame the market when the sales figure is not achieved. He suggested what the property needed to get the best price and recommended businesses that could help. The property was sold after just one open with a sale price above even my expectations.
